Paint Brush Hills subdivisionThe El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the final release of three letters of credit for subdivision improvements for Paint Brush Hills Filing Nos. 13B, 13C and 13D for $50,430.80, $267,203.80 and $203,709.60, respectively. All improvements have been completed and inspected.The commissioners also unanimously approved the final acceptance of certain streets within each filing into the EPC road maintenance system.Settlers Ranch subdivisionThe BOCC unanimously approved the final release of funds for subdivision improvements within the Settlers Ranch Filing No. 2B subdivision for $31,249.80. All improvements have been completed and inspected.The commissioners also unanimously approved the final acceptance of certain streets within that filing into the EPC road maintenance system.Bridle Bit Ranch subdivisionThe commissioners unanimously approved a request by Nicole Telle to vacate and replat one single-family residential lot into two single-family residential lots in the Bridle Bit Ranch subdivision. The 10.12-acre property is zoned residential rural-5 and is located on the west side of Bridle Bit Road, about 1 mile east of the Shoup Road and Highway 83 intersection.Sterling Ranch subdivisionThe BOCC unanimously approved a request by SR Land LLC, Morley Bentley LLC, Trader Vics LP, 8335 Vollmer Road LLC and Challenger Communities LLC for the final plat to create 49 single-family residential lots and 11 tracts in the Sterling Ranch Filing No. 2 subdivision. The 49.54-acre property is zoned residential suburban-5000 and is located west of Dines Ranch Road, at the northwest corner of the Vollmer Road and Tahiti Drive intersection.The commissioners also unanimously approved a request by SR Land LLC, 8335 Vollmer Road LLC and Challenger Communities LLC for the preliminary plan to create 212 residential lots within the Sterling Ranch Phase II subdivision. The parcels total 74.62 acres, are zoned RS-5000 and heavy industrial and located north of Woodmen Road, south of Vollmer Road and Dines Road, and bisected by Sterling Ranch Road.Corral BluffsThe commissioners unanimously approved a request by the city of Colorado Springs to accept an annexation impact report for the Corral Bluffs Addition No. 1 annexation. The six parcels, totaling 926.10 acres, are zoned RR-5 and located about one-half mile west of the North Blaney Road and Davis Road intersection, north of Highway 94.Estates at Rolling Hills Ranch subdivisionThe BOCC unanimously approved the preliminary release of bond funds for subdivision improvements for the Estates at Rolling Hills Ranch Filing. No. 1 subdivision for $542,746. All improvements have been completed and inspected.Bent Grass EastThe commissioners unanimously approved a request by Land First Inc for the preliminary plan for Bent Grass East Commercial Filing No. 3. The plan creates six commercial lots on 5.05 acres, zoned commercial service and located at the southwest corner of the Meridian Park Drive and Bent Grass Meadows Drive intersection, about 350 feet west of Meridian Road. The property is included within the boundaries of the Falcon/Peyton Small Area Master Plan.
