The parcels — 1.776 acres and .228 acres — will be used for utility purposes, and are zoned commercial regional and residential suburban, respectively. They are located south of Londonderry Drive, next to Towner Avenue.Our Lady of the Pines site planThe BOCC approved a request from Our Lady of the Pines Church for a private detention basin maintenance agreement. The agreement is required for the church to make improvements and expansions, including a water quality feature. The associated parcel of land is zoned residential rural, and is located northeast of the intersection of Black Forest Road and McFerran Road.
