Pine View Estates
The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the final acceptance of certain streets within the El Paso County road maintenance system.
Briargate Parkway project
The commissioners unanimously approved a resolution authorizing the county to acquire property interests related to the Briargate Parkway project, which could include fee simple title to real property, buildings, structures or other improvements on the real property, and could also include tenant-owned improvements, personal property and easements. (“Fee simple” is a legal term for the most complete type of property ownership, giving the owner absolute control over the property without time limits.) The property interests are related to improvements to Briargate Parkway from Black Forest Road to Vollmer Road.
Cloverleaf subdivision
The BOCC unanimously approved the final acceptance of certain streets within the Cloverleaf Filing No. 2 into the EPC road maintenance system.
Sterling Ranch subdivision
The commissioners unanimously approved the final acceptance of certain streets within the Branding Iron at Sterling Ranch Filing Nos. 1 and 2 into the EPC road maintenance system.
The BOCC also unanimously approved the final release of bond funds for Branding Iron Filing No. 1 and 2 for $201,629.80 and $196,697.40, respectively. The funds represent the public improvements that have been completed and inspected.
The commissioners also unanimously approved the final acceptance of certain streets within the Homestead at Sterling Ranch Filing No. 1 into the EPC road maintenance system.
The BOCC also unanimously approved the final release of bond funds for Homestead at Sterling Ranch Filing No.1 for $377,863.20. The funds represent the public improvements that have been completed and inspected.
Manley subdivision
The county commissioners unanimously approved a request by Land Development Consultants to replat 22.18 acres from residential rural-5 to create two single-family lots. The property is located at 4645 Curtis Road and 15010 Jones Road.
