Fox Run Regional Park project
The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a request and amendment to a professional services agreement and purchase order to Matrix Design Group, Inc. for construction management services for the Fox Run Regional Park Pond and Gazebo Renovation project for no more than $37,000. The project will consist of a study of the gazebo for relocation and reconstruction near the existing amphitheater, improvements to the amphitheater to ensure Americans with Disabilities Act access, reduce erosion, and improve the functionality of the space. Additionally, both ponds will be dredged and fitted with synthetic pond liners and ADA access from the parking areas to the amenities if possible.
Antler Range
The BOCC unanimously approved a request by Vortex Consulting Services to rezone 244.49 acres from agricultural-35 to residential rural-2.5. The property is located on the northeast corner of the Meridian Road and Ayer Road intersection.
The commissioners also unanimously approved a request by Antler Range LLC for a Colorado Revised Statute Title 32 Special District Service Plan for the Antler Creek Metropolitan district. The 244-acre property, located north of Ayer Road, south of Latigo Boulevard, and east of Meridian Road, is zoned RR-2.5. The service plan includes the following: a maximum debt authorization of $10 million, a debt service mill levy of 50 mills for residential, 10 mills for operations and maintenance mill levy and 5 mills for special purpose use, for a total maximum combined mill levy of 65 mills.
Triple H Metropolitan District No. 1-3
The BOCC unanimously approved a request from Monson, Cummins, Shohet & Farr LLC for a CRS Title 32 Special District Service Plan for the Triple H Ranch Metropolitan District Nos. 1-3. The 760-acre property, located north of Jones Road, south of Falcon Highway, west of Peyton Highway and east of Murr Road, is zoned RR-2.5. The service plan includes the following: a maximum debt authorization of $37 million, a debt service mill levy of 50 mills for residential, 10 mills for operations and maintenance mill levy, and 5 mills for special purpose, for a total maximum combined mill levy of 65 mills.
