El Paso County Fairgrounds
The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a change order to the contract with Ed Green Construction for installation of bollards at the small animal barn at the EPC fairgrounds. The bollards will protect the frost-free fire hydrants from damage that could occur when the livestock are in the barn. The change order is for $4,928.
Benet Hill Monastery of Colorado Springs/Sanctuary of Peace
The commissioners unanimously approved the final release of funds held by the county as a defect warranty for the Benet Hill Monastery of Colorado Springs/Sanctuary of Peace for $140,126.89. There are no public improvements to complete or inspect.
