Milam Road propertyThe El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a request by Chuck Runge with Runge Architecture for a second dwelling on a 60.01-acre property, zoned residential rural 5. The site is located east of the intersection of Shady Lane and Milam Road, about 0.3 miles north of Burgess Road.Mose propertyThe BOCC unanimously approved a request by Perry and Jean Mose to rezone 5.3 acres from the agricultural zoning district to the residential rural 2.5 zoning district. The property is located south of the intersection of Pawnee Trail Court and Halleluiah Trail.The commissioners also unanimously approved a request by the Mose couple to create two single-family residential lots on 6.11 acres, located south of the intersection of Pawnee Trail Court and Halleluiah Trail. The property is zoned A-5 and RR-2.5.Sterling RanchThe BOCC unanimously approved a development agreement for Sterling Ranch, which establishes a more comprehensive agreement for completion of improvements to Vollmer Road, Briargate Parkway, Marksheffel Road, Sterling Ranch Road and the Sand Creek channel. Improvements to these sites have been addressed in a piecemeal fashion up to this point.
