The Black Rose Acoustic Society presents concerts the second and fourth Fridays of every month at the Black Forest Community Center.Tickets for the Friday shows are $10 general admission ($5 for BRAS members and students). Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Music starts at 7 p.m. at the Black Forest Community Center, 12530 Black Forest Road (corner of Shoup and Black Forest roads).The Black Rose Acoustic Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the education, performance, enjoyment and preservation of all types of traditional acoustic music in the Black Forest and Colorado Springs area.In addition to community concerts, BRAS offers classes, workshops and jam sessions for local musicians in the greater Pikes Peak area.
