Black Forest: no to incorporation

On Tuesday, April 24, amidst a raging spring snow storm, Black Forest residents voted against an incorporation by a 71-percent majority. More than 2,000 people ñ 2,350 ñ voted against incorporating Black Forest. Those for incorporation totaled 959.
