Deborah lives in Leadville, CO.Former Falcon resident Janice Bensen (Jensen) celebrated her 90th birthday March 11.Janice moved to Falcon with her family in 1917 when she was just a few months old. Her father, John Henry Jensen, was a janitor at the two-story schoolhouse for 30 years. Janice and her three sisters and one brother attended school there as well. Janice graduated in June 1942 with Viola Curtis and Joy Cullen.Her parents, John and Rue Mae, remained in Falcon until their deaths in 1945 and 1977, respectively.Janice and her husband, now deceased, had four children ñ daughter Joyce lived in Falcon until the Bensens moved out of the area.Janice now lives in Northern California.Another school mate was Louise Solberg, who was a few years younger than Janice.Janice had her own birthday wish this year: to wish Louise Solberg a belated happy birthday (March 10).Happy Birthday, Louise, from Janice!And Happy Belated Birthday to you, too, Janice!
