The Banning Lewis Ranch Management Co. has hired Karen McGoldrick as its contract manager. McGoldrick is responsible for construction scheduling, bidding, contract award and general construction management and administration.McGoldrick was the vice president of design and construction for Capital Pacific Holdings Urban Infill Division in Newport Beach, Calif. Prior to her employment with Capital Pacific, she spent eight years with Hensel Phelps Construction Co., where she worked on multi-million dollar projects as an estimator, project engineer and project superintendent. McGoldrick will be based out of the Colorado Springs and Newport Beach offices.”Karen has the industry background and the knowledge and energy to assist us in moving forward at Banning Lewis Ranch,” said Hadi Makarechian, chairman and CEO of the Banning Lewis Ranch Management Co, “The management and scheduling of this project will be extremely important as we continue to open new villages.”The first village scheduled for the Banning Lewis Ranch is Northtree.
