Avalar Real Estate Solutions is adding experienced real estate professionals at their State Bank building location in Falcon.In December of last year, veteran realtor Bill Hays joined the company. Hays holds one of the highest certifications in real estate – the Certified Residential Specialist. He also is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative.In March, Mike and Linda Hurd of The Hurd Team joined Avalar’s ranks. Mike Hurd is a realtor bringing experience working in California, Idaho and Colorado. Mike and Linda Hurd moved to Falcon because of the people and the wide open spaces. “Linda grew up with horses, and I grew up in a New England dairy town,” said Mike Hurd. “We just connect with the people and the lifestyle of Falcon.” A former Bechtel engineer, Mike comes from a commercial as well as a residential development background.
