Antler Golf Course in Falcon (Meridian Hills) opened on a limited basis on Thurs., Aug. 12. Tee times are available before noon, and the play is 18-hole only. The course is, however, open seven days a week. The Antler Golf Course grand opening is scheduled for Sept. 3, and, at that time, it opens to the public as a full-service golf course, Joe Linnemeyer, general manager and golf pro said.Meanwhile, the full-service restaurant is open seven days a week, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and menu items include chicken, steaks, salmon, prime rib and burgers. The non-smoking (deck excepted) restaurant offers a full bar and a deck with a wide-angle view of the prairie and the mountains, overlooking the golf course. The menu is wide-ranging as well, from burgers to appetizers to salmon and steaks. Dinner reservations are welcome and recommended. Call 494-1900 for more information.
