Ray and Lin Rozak, members of the Black Forest AARP Chapter No. 1100, were awarded gold achievement pins at the January chapter meeting. The pins are awarded to chapter members who have provided exceptional service to the chapter and community.The Rozaks have been instrumental to the success of the AARP Foundation and Black Forest Chapter Fight Fraud-Shred Instead events over the last two years. The Fight Fraud-Shred Instead program provides a safe and secure means for community members to dispose of personal records and documents that are no longer needed, reducing the chance of falling victim to identity theft and unwanted solicitations and scams.Black Forest AARP Chapter membership is open to persons of all ages who appreciate socializing and working on projects that make the community stronger.
