  Meridian Ranch Center events

     Active Older Adults:
   AOA level one: Introduction to strength and endurance; this is not a cardio class:Tuesdays/Thursdays — 11 a.m.
   AOA level two: Introduction to low-impact cardio; strength exercises included. Must be able to stand for at least 25 minutes unassisted: Wednesdays — 11 a.m.
   AOA splash: Introduction to pool aerobics: Mondays — 9 a.m.
   Wild Wednesdays: Each week, a “surprise” water aerobics classes.
   New classes:
   Water yoga on paddleboards, water HIIT on paddleboards — Tuesday/ Thursday 9 a.m.
   Dance XT —  Monday/Wednesday 6 p.m.; Tuesday/Thursday 9 a.m.
   Spin class starting in March — Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 a.m.
   Yoga class — Tuesday/Thursday 4-5 p.m.
   March 23: Flick n Float — Watch a family friendly movie while floating in the pool. Free for residents and non-residents.
   Lifeguard certification class: March 25-26/March 28-29; 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Must be at least 16 years old; $215 for residents and non-residents
