The same questions about incorporating Falcon were addressed at a Black Forest incorporation meeting on April 20. The reasons for the incorporation efforts in Black Forest are much the same: more control of the planning process in a fast growing area. Black Forest is just answering questions at this point and assessing the interest of the community – there are currently no plans to be on a fall ballot.
