After two years planning and eight months building, the first ma & pa-owned dollar store will open in Falcon on Oct. 2. One Dollar Please is located at 7646 McLaughlin Road in the Woodmen Hills Plaza. Jane and Dennis Cuchiara have been local area and Falcon residents since 1976, and they are the sole proprietors of the dollar store venture. The store’s tag line, “Where the Buck ,” means that no item will cost over $1. Falcon’s new dollar store will be closed on Sundays for “family preservation time,” said the Cuchiaras.
