Frankie’s Too opens

Many thought it would happen in December – 2003. Then it was January, February, March – you get the picture. Frankie’s Too was listed in the NFH RUMORS column so many times that the NFH doesn’t know what to do with the RUMORS column now. (Thank the stars this month, however, for Dr. Scott – see RUMORS.)Anyway, Falcon’s first watering hole opened on Thurs., July 15. Frank Patton is the owner, and he said Falcon’s “country club” located in the Shops at Woodmen Hills is so doing well. “Falcon has been good to us – very supportive,” Patton said. “We have made a few mistakes, so we appreciate everyone’s patience and support. We’ve been overwhelmed by the turnout.”The atmosphere is great, with hordes of pictures and graphics and fun stuff donning the walls. One graphic gives credit to Frankie’s Too for “the best Margaritas in Falcon.” When Frankie’s Too opened, there were no other Margaritas in town. One unique feature of the bar is the garage doors that open to a patio/deck area, where customers can sip on one of those Margaritas, bask in the sun (when it’s not raining) and view the mountains. High ceilings add to the ambiance and a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu are available seven days a week.
