Adelphia has expanded its customer service into Falcon, Colo., to better serve the area’s subscribers. It’s much easier for Falcon people to take care of their Adelphia business close to home. A new full-service Adelphia customer service office has opened in the Safeway shopping center at 7675 McLaughlin Road. “Customers will be able to make payments, exchange/add or return equipment and conduct any account transactions at this new location,” said Adelphia operations manager Brenda Gonzales. The services include upgrading to digital cable, signing up for high-speed Internet or trying Adelphia’s new HDTV product. “Anything that can be done at our main office near downtown Colorado Springs can now be done at our new Falcon location,” Gonzales said.Another feature at the new Adelphia Falcon office is interactive high-speed Internet that customers are invited to come in and try. While there, people can also view the clarity of Adelphia High Definition Television (HDTV).In addition to being open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., customers can access the office on Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
