Bent Grass subdivision
The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the preliminary release of bond money for Bent Grass Residential Filing No. 2 for $3,745,823.67. All improvements have been completed and inspected.
EPC Sheriff’s Office substation
The commissioners unanimously approved a contract amendment to D2C Architects Inc for $13,830 for the design and architecture of the Northeast Substation for the EPC Sheriff’s office. The funds will pay for required design revisions for additional audio-visual equipment and necessary upgrades to the information technology and electrical rooms to support the equipment.
