Sterling Ranch subdivision
The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the correction of the final release of bond funds for Homestead at Sterling Ranch, Filing No. 1 for $23,598 instead of the incorrect amount of $377,863.20. There are no public improvements to hold for defect warranty.
Eastonville Road corridor project
The commissioners unanimously approved a contract amendment and change order to Stanley Consultants for civil engineering design services for the Easton Road corridor project for $249,895. Under the amendment, Stanley Consultants will provide additional new designs for corridor lighting, right-of-way/easement staking, design support during construction and bid support, along with adjustments to the scope and schedule, which exceed the original contract.
