All Falcon Senior Services are available to persons 50 years of age and over.
Patriot High School Culinary Arts and Hospitality students host the monthly luncheon for seniors at Patriot High School at 11990 Swingline Road.
The next luncheon is Dec. 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The menu includes baked ziti with Italian sausage, mixed salad, garlic rolls and dessert and drinks.

SENIOR EXERCISE PROGRAM
Senior exercise class is every Monday and Friday, from 11 a.m. to noon, at Grace Community Church, 9475 Grace Church View. It’s free and it’s energizing!
