The Falcon Marketplace on East Woodman Road and Meridian Road is starting to see some groundbreaking activity.Russell Perkins, principal at Evergreen Devco Inc., said, ìYou may have already noticed this, but the tenants in lots nine, 10, and 11 have all now broken ground. (Lots nine-11 are the three westernmost lots facing Woodmen Road.) These are (in order): Slim Chickens, Super Star Car Wash and Dutch Bros. Coffee.îPerkins said King Soopers is hoping to break ground late July. ìThis would translate to an opening around September 2023,î he said. Regarding the other businesses, Perkins said, ìWe expect all of them to break ground soon; but, unfortunately, itís not easy to get them to share this precise information with us.îThe New Falcon Herald will continue to get quarterly updates from Evergreen Devco Inc. on progress of the marketplace; stay tuned.
