Falcon Field propertyThe El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved a request by Falcon Field LLC, for the following: to rezone 18.55 acres of the 57.667-acre property from the commercial regional zone to the residential, multi-dwelling zone; and 19.265 acres from the CR zone to the residential suburban-5000 zone. The remainder of the property will stay zoned CR. The property is located on the south side of Highway 24, at the eastern end of Woodmen Road. The property is zoned residential rural-5 and is located along the north side of Burgess Road at the northern end of Green Acres Lane, about 1 mile northeast of the intersection of Burgess Road and Vollmer Road.
