Fox Run ParkThe El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously awarded a contract and purchase order to Ridgeline Construction Inc. for the playground renovation and accessibility improvements at Fox Run Regional Park for $326,359. The project generally includes removal and replacement of playground equipment at the Pine Meadows playground within the park and establishing ADA-compliant accessible routes. The current concrete sidewalk leading to the playground will be removed and replaced to meet current ADA standards. Additionally, concrete ADA-compliant parking spaces will be installed.Skyfall subdivisionThe commissioners unanimously approved a request by Ramses II Properties LLC for a minor subdivision to create three single-family residential lots. The property, zoned residential rural-5, is 19.48 acres and located on the south side of Burgess Road, about 0.75 miles west of the Burgess Road and Vollmer Road intersection.Davis RanchThe BOCC unanimously approved three requests by Lena Gail Case, Marksheffel-Woodmen Investments LLC and LG Case for a five-year extension to record the Davis Ranch Filing Nos. 3, 4 and 5 final plat. The final plats are all zoned RR-5, located on the east side of Curtis Road, about 1.25 miles north of the Curtis Road and the U.S. Highway 94 intersection and measures as follows: 65.23 acres, 62.39 acres and 70.61 acres, respectively.
