On Tuesday, Oct. 13, all 32 public colleges and universities in Colorado and several private institutions will allow all college applicants to apply for free.This day is part of the Colorado Applies Month, which is a five-week campaign that guides high school students and adult job seekers along the college application process. This is the third year Colorado Free Application Day is taking place.The high school graduating class of 2021 has the option not to include their SAT or ACT test scores with their applications.
