The Black Forest Bistro had their soft opening the last weekend of June.†Deanna Johnson, owner of the Bistro and award-winning Black Forest Chew-Chew Gastrotruck,†said they are doing great and have had amazing feedback. They are planning to increase their hours as time goes on pending COVID-19 regulations. Johnson said to check their Facebook page for reservation information and weekly menu changes.
