You canít make this stuff upOn Jan. 17 at 5 p.m., a man drove up to a drive-up window at a bank in northwest Florida. The man fell asleep in his car while sitting in the drive-up lane; and, when the bank manager tried to wake him up by banging on his window, he tried to order a burrito. The man thought he was at a Taco Bell! He then drove to the front of the bank, where police arrested him on a DUI charge and booked him into jail. ìPlease cash my check, and Iíll have a bean burrito, too.îWrong place; wrong time; just wrongAccording to police, Joseph McInnis III and Tyree McCoy†attempted to stage an armed robbery at a pub in Woodlawn, Maryland this past September. There was just one problem: The bar was hosting a retirement party for a police officer so there were dozens of off-duty cops at the party. The two men fled the bar on foot after an attempted robbery ó and after realizing what they had walked into. Of course, it didnít take long to apprehend them.
