American Legion Post 2008 is sponsoring a peach sale to benefit local veteransí programs. Order Colorado Palisades Freestone large peaches (no preservatives) ó hand picked and delivered in two days. Orders can be picked up July 29, from 1 to 3 p.m., at Falcon Fire Protection District Station No. 3 (Meridian and Highway 24). Orders must be prepaid and completed by July 19. The cost is $35 per 18-pound box.
