On Saturday, Feb. 27, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Western Museum of Mining and Industry will host a workshop by Steven Veatch on writing articles and getting them published in magazines, newspapers, blogs, etc. The workshop includes topics on research, writing techniques and tips, illustrations and more. A certificate of completion will be awarded upon completion of the workshop. The course fee is $35 for adults and $7 for students (21 and under).† WMMI members receive $5 off adult admission, and $2 off student admission.† Space is limited to 30 people.
