According to an Oct. 29 Fox 21 News report, El Paso County deputies are searching for someone who shot at one of the wind turbines, and caused ìbetween $20,000 and $250,000 worth of damage to the turbine.î The incident happened between Sept. 20 and Oct. 23. The turbine is in the vicinity of North Yoder Road and Heaston Road.Anyone with information about the incident should call Deputy Brettell at 719-352-5033 or 719-390-5555.
