With Jeff Kramer of the El Paso County Sheriffís Office present, the Exchange Club of Falcon acknowledged Teresa Murphy as Officer of the Year for 2014. Within three years of joining the department in 1996, Teresa was promoted to detective, attesting to her dedication and quality of work.Later, as the resource officer for Falcon School District 49, she was assigned to sex crimes, many involving children. The club presented Teresa with an engraved plaque.
