More than 40 World War II aircraft will be on display and in the air at the Pikes Peak Regional Airshow Aug. 9 and Aug. 10 at the Colorado Springs Airport. The two-day event includes aerobatic performers, static displays of aircraft and the U.S. Air Force Wings of Blue Parachute team. The show will also host a traveling exhibit honoring the Tuskegee Airmen, Americaís first black military pilots.Advance tickets are available at http://pprairshow.org, or tickets can be purchased at the gate (cash only).
