On June 2, the El Paso County Clerk and Recorderís Office will mail 213,037 ballots to voters for the 2014 primary Election being held June 24. In accordance with Colorado law, the ballots were mailed only to voters affiliated with one of the three major political parties: American Constitution, Democratic, or Republican Party.In conjunction with the mailing, the El Paso County Clerk and Recorderís Office has opened a new permanent 24/7 ballot drop-off box at the Falcon Fire Protection District Station 1 at 7030 Old Meridian Road to service the voters in Falcon and eastern El Paso County. For convenience, the ballot box is a drive-up.All ballots must be received (not postmarked) by 7 p.m. June 24.
