Painted Sky at Waterview Filing No. 6The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners met on Feb. 11 and heard a request from Waterview Investments LLC for approval of pre-development site grading for the Painted Sky at Waterview Subdivision currently under review. The property is located east of Marksheffel Road, on the south side of Powers Boulevard, east of Grinnell Boulevard and west of Bradley Road. The resolution was unanimously approved.
