On Monday, Jan. 14, the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Falcon/Peyton will officially get under way as volunteers and participants gather at Sand Creek High School for a kickoff rally to launch fundraising efforts for the year. The rally will honor cancer survivors and feature speakers from the community who have benefitted from funds raised in the past. This also will be the first opportunity to register a team and select a campsite for the overnight event June 7-8 at Sand Creek High School.The kickoff event is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 14 at Sand Creek High School, 7005 N. Carefree Circle in Colorado Springs.
