Last month, we ran an article ìVoters say yes to legalizing marijuana.î In the article we stated that the bill to legalize marijuana was passed by 54.8 percent of the voters statewide, and we stated that El Paso County narrowly voted against it, with 50.6 percent opposed. After late returns were tallied, the legislation actually passed in El Paso County by 10 votes and statewide it passed with more than 55 percent of the vote.
