The Exchange Club of Falcon has again donated more than 50 crocheted blankets for Sam Acres of the El Paso County Sheriffís Departmentís victimsí assistance advocate program. The blankets, presented at the November meeting, will help victims of domestic violence. Ursula Miller, chairwoman of the child abuse prevention committee, along with Carole Pounds and Mary Lou Crabill, displayed one of the blankets. Each blanket bears the Exchange Club emblem. Sam noted how much these blankets represent a new beginning for those who have been physically or mentally abused.
