More than 50 businesses participated in the Falcon Business Expo July 8, organized by Stephen Kutscher and his wife, Mandi Miedema. Both are doctors of chiropractic medicine and the owners of Rock Solid Chiropractic in Falcon.When the Falcon Freedom Days celebration was canceled because of what organizers called ìlow vendor participation,î Kutscher and Miedema decided to pick up the slack. ìIt (Falcon Freedom Days) was such a great way to promote small businesses, and we didnít want to see those opportunities disappear,î Kutscher said. He and his wife had never organized an event like this, but Kutscher said he was pleased with the turnout and hopes to continue the event next year.
