The Black Forest Chapel raised almost $1,000 from a multi-family garage sale, in spite of the weather. The funds are for “Walk the Talk”†ñ a mission trip to the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Lame Deer, Mont., June 16 to June 24. The chapel participants will ìprayer walkî with the community, host a carnival and complete repair and renovation projects worth more than $5,000. The church is collecting candy and prizes as well as taking clothing and small appliances for the Morningstar Baptist Church Thrift Store.The efforts support Dean and Keli Smith ñ husband and wife pastors currently serving in Lame Deer at Morningstar Baptist Church.
