Deadline for summer soccer signup is May 31. Since 1978, the Athletic Association of Black Forest has conducted a recreational soccer program in Black Forest Regional Park. Soccer is open to boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 15. The emphasis in AABF soccer is on fun and exercise rather than on creating professional athletes. Games are played on weeknights only and AABF is able to schedule siblingsí teams on the same game nights. The 2012 AABF season will begin with a clinic on June 9, ending on July 27. Registration forms will be available at the local coffee house, the Black Forest Community Center (outside alcove) and several Black Forest stores while supplies last.
