The Pikes Peak AARP Chapter No. 2337 in Colorado Springs will host a meeting April 15 at 1 p.m. at the Friendship Baptist Church, 633 E. Dale Street in Colorado Springs. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a strategy to help end hunger in the local community. A short chapter meeting will follow. Pastries and coffee will be provided. All interested in learning how those in need of temporary or long-term supplemental food assistance can be helped are invited to attend.
