High Country Kids 4-H’ers always busy

The Black Forest High Country Kids 4-H Club has been busy planning activities for the next few months. At their February potluck meeting, the club members discussed starting a fundraiser involving the sale of discount cards to use at restaurants. Service projects were also discussed that included volunteering at a soup kitchen and homeless shelters. The club president talked about upcoming events such as festival of events, camps and clinics to include important dates of shows. Some discussion involved possible field trips, meeting guest speakers and presentations. A presentation was given about mastitis prevention and treatment.
