On Oct. 27 from 7:30 to 9 a.m., the Easter Plains Chamber of Commerce will host a seminar, “Friend Me, Follow Me, Find Me! – The Business Benefits of Social Media” at the Pikes Peak Community College Falcon campus. More than 50 percent of businesses and organizations are using social media to market a message, attract customers and promote their cause. This seminar will provide valuable information on how to use social media to strengthen business. Presented by Laura Benjamin, author and personal coach, the seminar is the first offering of its kind by the Eastern Plains Chamber University, formed to provide valuable business-oriented seminars to members of EPCC and other area business owners.
