Falcon flower shop Beautiful Expressions, owned by Amber Mustain, will participate in Good Neighbor Day Sept. 1. Customers who drop by will receive six roses – one for them and five for their neighbors. Florists across the United States have been promoting this event for 15 years. Traditionally, the event takes place the fourth Sunday of September, but Beautiful Expressions will be giving out the roses Sept. 1.In 2003, the U.S. Senate passed a resolution, sponsored by Montana Sen. Max Baucus, making Sept. 28 “National Good Neighbor Day.””This is my first year doing this event,” Mustain said. “I have had the shop for two years, and I absolutely love getting to know the people of this community.”
