Power lines have been installed on property behind Farmers State Bank, completing the first phase of construction for the High Prairie Branch Library. Anna Wheeler, FSB receptionist, said Hamlin Electric began installing the power lines about a month ago. “They’ll break ground sometime this spring,” Wheeler said of the Pikes Peak Library District branch. FSB donated the land behind the bank where the library will be built.
