Equine Education Awareness Day:Saturday, May 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Latigo Trails Heritage Centre’s indoor arena, 13710 Halleluliah Trail, Elbert/Black Forest, for a fun day of demonstrations, guest speakers, door prizes, hay give away, used tack sale and vendor booths. Free admission.Creating the ultimate trail horse with Debbie Bibb:Problem-solve with your inexperienced trail horse or tune-up your rusty trail horse. A fun and very educational clinic to be held June 7 and 8 (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day) at Latigo Trails Heritage Centre. Learn to ride safely with other horses, crossing obstacles, etc. Cost: $265 for riders and includes lunch. Audit fee: $25/day or 2-day pass for $45 (includes lunch).
