Nawlins Bar B Q opened its doors April 14 in Falcon and will offer traditional New Orleans smoked pit barbeque. “We will offer several Cajun dishes including New Orleans style po-boys (french bread sandwiches) red beans and rice, gumbo, boudin, and several daily specials, which will compliment our slow wood smoked brisket, pulled pork and ribs,” Proprietor Martin Allred said. The restaurant is located in the Safeway Plaza at 7685 McLaughlin Rd., Suite 150.
