The Eastern Plains Reining Horse Association’s first show of the 2008 series will be held on March 15 at 9 a.m. at Latigo Trails Arena in Elbert.The EPRHA meets the first Wednesday of each month at the Latigo Trails Equestrian Centre meeting room at 6:30 p.m. The EPRHA is a nonprofit National Reigning Horse Association affiliate.
