To celebrate National Pancake Day (also known as Shrove Tuesday), Jill’s Country CafÈ in Falcon will offer guests a free short stack of pancakes on Feb. 12 from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Donations will be accepted to benefit The Shrine Hospital for Children. Shrine Hospitals treat children with cleft palate, burns and orthopedic problems at no charge to the patient or their family.Note: This offer is also good at all Colorado Springs IHOPs from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.
