Sue Ader, representing Falcon District 49 school nurses, recently spoke to the Falcon Lions Club. She expressed sincere thanks for the Lions KidSight screening program provided to District 49 preschoolers and multi-handicapped children. Through the screening, 8 percent of the children screened were identified as needing follow-up with an eye care professional. A second KidSight screening process is scheduled for January 2008 as well as an expanded KidSight eye screening program anticipated for late August or early September 2008.Falcon Lions Club sponsors the American Prairie 4-H Group. The club has 20 members and meets at Latigo Trails the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Jan Knotch is the Organizational Leader.
